  • Where are you located?

    Emerald Car Wash is located at 2 Old Sheep Yard Place. If you're heading out of town towards Longreach, you'll find us on the left side just after crossing the railway line and passing Ultra Tune. We are situated near Elders.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Our staff are on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM daily to assist you with any needs or questions.

  • What Payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Additionally, you can purchase tokens on-site from 8 AM to 5 PM for your convenience:

    • Automatic wash tokens $22
    • Manual bay and vacuum tokens $1 

  • Do you have accounts for business customers?

    Yes, we offer business accounts that allow you to collect tokens on-site from our staff and receive a tax invoice via email. To open an account, please click here to fill out the application form. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at admin@eyedol.com.au.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, we offer gift cards. They are individually produced and emailed to you. You can nominate the value of the gift card. To purchase, please email us at admin@eyedol.com.au.

  • What types of car wash services do you offer?

    We offer a range of car wash services, including:

    • 2 touchless automatic wash machines
    • 2 self-serve manual wash bays
    • 4 vacuum cleaners
    • Steam Cleaner
    • Fragrance machine
    • Vending machines with car care products such as Armorall and soft drinks
    • Change machine
    • Dog Wash

  • What are the Height restrictions on the bays?

    • The height limit for the automatic wash bays is 2.1 metres. There is a height bar prior to entering the wash.
    • The height limit on the self serve wash bays is 3.1m.

  • Can you wash large vehicles like trucks and caravans?

    We can accommodate caravans, boats and mid-size trucks in our self-serve bays. For the best access and to avoid obstructing other traffic on-site, please use the second bay.

  • Do you have a dog wash?

    Yes, we offer a dog wash equipped with warm water and a blow dryer to pamper your pooch. We also have a vending machine stocked with dog treats to reward your furry friend!


  • Do you offer interior cleaning and detailing?

    We do not offer interior cleaning and detailing services. However, we do have a wide range of car care products to help you clean your car so that it is sparkling clean inside and out.

  • What should I do if I experience an issue with the car wash?

    If you encounter any issues or have any concerns during your visit, please speak to a staff member on-site or contact us at admin@eyedol.com.au. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work to resolve any problems promptly.
